Summary: Setting and spa facilities brilliant. I loved my spacious suite and the Viennese Cafe. If I coukd afford it I would return frequently.

Summary: Very friendly service and beautiful surroundings. We wish we could have been there on the day the “Oscars” restaurant was open. But the other restaurant was very nice and Cafe Diva was relaxing. The pool area was enjoyable especially when enjoy the outdoor view.

Summary: Very nice hotel with friendly service and people. Beautiful location with picturesque surroundings especially with the snow cover. Dinner was delicious and the children were very welcomed.

Summary: It was magical, whimsical and wonderful every step of the way. We couldn't complain about a thing! The staff was so kind and friendly and fun. The sad thing was that we had to leave . You must stay there if your in the Black Forest:)
